As a former dancer, Lisa struggled to maintain an extremely low body weight, while trying just about every fad diet out there. During pregnancy, Lisa tipped the scales at 195 lbs. It took her two and a half years of sensible eating and portion control to slim down to a healthy weight. Throughout years of teaching pilates, many of Lisa’s clients had come to her professing a desire to change their bodies. Using her education and experience in nutrition and wellness, Lisa has helped her clients significantly improve their lifestyles and eating habits, enabling them to achieve their goals. She believes that what you put into your body is just as important as what you do with your body, and these two components need to work together for you to look and feel great for the rest of your life. Lisa is on a mission to make you the happiest and healthiest you have ever been.

This program is not a diet. The goal is not a number on the scale that once reached you go right back to the same old eating patterns that got you there in the first place. Rather, this program offers a nutrition and exercise plan that will change your habits, while enabling you to maintain a stable, healthy weight.

Nutrition Counseling Program Packages

The Mini-Plan:

One 1 ½-hour counseling session includes:
an exploration/discussion of what, when, why, and how you eat; a resting metabolic rate calculation so that you know how many calories your body burns at rest; dietary analysis and fitness evaluation; educational tools and materials suited to your needs; and, an individualized nutrition and exercise plan that works with your lifestyle, eating habits, and preferences.

The 30-Day Plan:

Includes:
all services provided in the Mini-Plan; three 1-hour weekly counseling sessions to assess your progress and make modifications if necessary; and, ongoing email and internet support for the duration of your program.

The 60-Day Plan:

Includes:
everything in the 30-Day Plan; a home visit one week after the initial counseling session to inspect the contents of your kitchen followed by a grocery shopping excursion on the same day; and, two 1-hour counseling sessions in the second 30-day period.
